The Architectural Review Committee (A.R.C.) ensures that exterior modifications and improvements to homes maintain the appearance, aesthetic standards, and property values of our community. The A.R.C. reviews projects such as:

• Paint colors and schemes
• Fences and landscaping
• Additions and other exterior changes

The goal of the A.R.C. is to help homeowners navigate HOA guidelines while preserving the character of the neighborhood.

Many common projects and paint colors are pre-approved. These items do not require submission to the A.R.C. before beginning work.

If your proposed improvement is not on the pre-approved list, follow these steps:

1. Download the A.R.C. Project Request Form:

2. Complete the form and email it to:

3. For painting projects:
   Paint a 4’ x 4’ test area showing both the body and trim colors before submission.

Tip: If you are unsure whether your project complies with HOA guidelines, reach out to the A.R.C. before starting. We’re happy to answer questions or provide suggestions to help your project meet community standards.

If you receive a violation letter:

• You have 30 days to correct the issue.
• If additional time is needed, contact the A.R.C. to request an extension.
• Extensions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
