The Architectural Review Committee (A.R.C.) is made up of a minimum of 3 individuals, one of which is a board member. Please submit any proposed changes to the committee for approval prior to starting your project. The A.R.C. will respond to your request within 30 days.

If you are in doubt about whether or not your proposed changes are in compliance AVOID POSSIBLE COMPLICATIONS by reaching out to us first. We are happy to assist with any questions, or if you would like suggestions prior to starting your improvement.
If you have received a violation letter, you have 30 days to correct the violation. If the repair requires additional time to rectify please contact the A.R.C. with a request for an extension. Extensions are given on a case by case basis.
