Join us from 10AM-11AM on Saturday, April 4th, for a fun-filled Easter Egg Hunt and capture special moments with the Easter Bunny! Bring your baskets and enjoy a morning of festive fun for the whole family. The HOA will be providing coffee and donuts.

The Easter Bunny will also be stopping by the event for photo opportunities with the whole family!

1st & 3rd Wednesdays | May – August

Get ready for a summer full of flavor and fun! Our popular food trucks are rolling back into the hood twice a month—on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, starting May 6th through August 19th, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM in front of Orchard Pool (11350 E Orchard Road, next to Cottonwood Elementary School).

Each visit brings a new lineup of delicious eats, from mouthwatering BBQ, to refreshing frozen treats. With a rotating selection of gourmet offerings, there’s something to satisfy every craving.

So grab your friends, bring the family, and come soak up the summer vibes! Schedule and food truck lineup (subject to change):

June 3 – Bohemian Wurst

dumpster day is June 6th at peakview park

Dumpster Day is be on Saturday, June 6th from 8:00a to 12:00p or until all of the dumpsters are full, which ever comes first. This event will provide an opportunity to get rid of those big items you've been meaning to dispose of.

The dumpsters will be located at Peakview Park located at 6294 S Kenton Way Englewood, CO 80111. Residents are responsible for unloading unwanted items. This HOA sponsored event is for dues paying residents to dispose of unwanted items.

We are looking for a few volunteers to help with this event. If you're interested please email ccvistasouthhoa@gmail.com

Restricted Items: Due to weight limit restrictions, we can't accept heavy debris (concrete, rock, sod, dirt, asphalt, asphalt shingles, manure, blocks, rocks, gravel, or plaster). Or hazardous materials (buckets or containers of paint, oil, antifreeze, fuel or chemicals, car batteries, tires, appliances that contain freon, household chemicals) Electronics (TVs, printers, monitors, computers, etc.).

Oct 24 - Good Ole' Halloween parade & Candy Toss

Get ready for a spooktacular time at our Annual Neighborhood Halloween Parade! Dress up in your best costume and march along with neighbors and friends. We’ll have a candy toss for the little ghouls and goblins, plus face painting to help everyone get into the Halloween spirit. Fun, festive, and frightfully delightful—don’t miss it!

The Annual Food Drive, sponsored by Debbie Jacobs with Coldwell Banker, is November 15th from 12:00p to 3:00p in front of Orchard Pool/Cottonwood Creek Elementary Bring canned food and shelf stable packaged food for the Coventry Food Pantry.
